HW CENTRAL:
This complex includes “HW Fit,” fitness center, event pavilion and manicured play field for casual and organized play. A resort-style split-level pool and a water playscape are set within lush landscaping and spacious lounge areas. Convenient trail access allows the fun to extend far beyond the grounds of HW Central.

Healthy living has a new home at Headwaters. HW Fit is a state-of-the-art fitness facility that includes a group fitness area, plus innovative cardio and strength building equipment. Its proximity to the pool, play field and trail system allows you to move outside and expand your workout routine. At HW Fit, you will be able to participate in individual as well as professionally managed workouts. Fitness trainers will be available as well as organized group fitness classes. HW Fit is open 5:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.
HW POOL:
A resort-style split-level pool and a water playscape are set within lush landscaping and spacious lounge areas. Soak up the sun and enjoy the cool water with surrounding scenic expanses. The HW Pool is open 5:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.
TRAILS:
Over eight miles of trails connect our residents to the surrounding nature and scenic views of Texas Hill Country. With spectacular views of Barton Creek and five protected hilltops, it’s a great way to explore our world.
PARKS:
Homestead Park features a croquet lawn, stargazing amphitheater, historic ranch house site, picnic area and an event lawn overlooking expansive Hill Country views. Headwaters Park will be located in the northern portion of the community and will feature picnic and play areas, trailheads, greenbelts and access to Barton Creek via the trail system.
